Default Pork mop w/o Apple Juice?

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know of a good pork mop that does not utilize apple juice? I'm home alone and forgot to get apply juice while I was at the store. The smoker is already going and I make it a rule to not leave the house by itself when I am smoking something.

I am smoking a couple of racks of baby back ribs today in my electric smoker. I have been dabbling around with and without using a mop. The last batch I think could have been better with a mop. So I wanted to follow the same guidelines as my last smoke, but this time supplement with a mop to see if I would even notice a difference. Any ideas? Things I do have readily available: Distilled White Vinegar, Peanut Oil, Vegetable oil, Olive oil, water, and a small variety of dark and light (in color only) beers which includes some home brews.

Thanks for your help!

I don't mop it is a waste of time and materials! Keep your pit closed and get done sooner you'll never know you didn't mop it.
