Default Fajitas! It's what was for dinner!

Fajitas is one of the favorites in my household. I mentioned to my wife that I wanted to make some and she immediately listed the stuff we needed to get from the store. Off we went and I got to work as soon as we got home.
It Started with some Chicken Breasts.
These got marinaded with some salt free taco seasoning, cow pow, chicken dust, chile powder, Lime Juice, & a couple table spoons of Olive Oil.

Pre sliced up bag of peppers from the freezer.

1/2 a Vidalia sliced up.

Onto the grill the peppers and onions went!

They moved over and made way for the chicken.

Ut oh, no guacamole! Wait, I know, I'll grill up some Chicken Avocado brats!

Here's the spread. Not a lot of sides to go with these, just some grated cheese and sour cream. Maybe a little "No Butz" to go on top of mine.

I think the ones with the sliced brats were my favorite. Either way, it was a taste of pure awesome! We ate until we were stuffed and then still wanted more.

Everyone knows you cannot put sliced brats on fajitas.

Send them to me and I will make sure they are properly disposed.

Oh! Tom, have you ever tried grilling your peppers/onions (and other stuff) in a perforated ss chafing pan? We got one just for that purpose. You get great flavors in the veggies without worrying about them diving through the grate. More room and lower height than a grill wok.

Yep, used a pan like that before and liked it but, it was disposable. I'm planning on picking up a SS one or something of the like when I can. I like the wok shaped ones, even like the straight metal basket ones as well.
