Default Phubar's Pulled Wildboar Shoulder,Pulled BeePh Chuckie and Brisket Pron

Did a overnight cooking last saturday/sunday on the large UDS.
Made a wildboar shoulder,beePh chuckie and a piece of Australian grainPhed brisket Phlat.
All were rubbed with a lil' bit of Lawry's,brisket and chuckie got some BigMista's Bitchin' BeePh rub and the wilboar some Byron's Butt rub.
Aphter a long smoke the chuckie went into a pan with smoked wildboar bouillon and beePh marrow.
For sides some smobaked beans,mashed taters with breadcrumb/cheese crust and maters/scallions in vinaigrette on some rucola salad...
