First time smoking cheese
So here is my highly sophisticated cheese smoking apparatus.

I'm smoking cheddar and muenster with cherry wood. I bought a few other cheeses but thought I would test with 2 lbs instead of 5 just in case.

After 1hr the cheese has nice color. I think I will go 15 - 30 mins longer. So far this set up has worked great for smoking cheese.
