Default Bargain Bin Ribs

When you live the Bargain Bin life and you spot something interesting, grab it. Cooked this half rack of spares in a concurrent cook recently instead of freezing. It was a half rack of full spares preseasoned. Added my own JTish liquid seasoning and added I can’t remember to bone side. Thinking Hardcore Carnivore Black, a dusting. Had a Rib Tip and a few gristles with scrambled eggs this morning. Good stuff

A local store has a freezer section labeled “Manager’s Specials” that always has some gems. I’ve picked up whole chickens, whole Smithfield pork loins, ribs, all sorts of good stuff!

I frequent the specials section regularly. Great finds, like yours. Nice!

sounds great, Adams. Wife calls the bargain bin "almost vile". Out of bounds cheap shot--esp when she ends up chowing down

My friend Rod calls it “The dog food section”. Funny thing is, he is there at 8:00AM a few times a week.
Usually comes home with a pretty nice haul.
