Default Just a Breakfast Fatty

It's been awhile since I've posted. (keeping too busy and I need a twin or a clone to help out. )

I have been smoking a few things though.

a breakfast fatty using my favorite filling, hashbrowns, onions, cubed ham, cheese and jalapeno...

used my piston and chilled the filling while rolling out the sausage..

sliced and placed on a toasted engish muffin...

topped with an easy over egg and drizzled with hollandaise...

It was kinda tasty...

Thanks for looking!

OMG this girl sure can roll a tight fatty. How the heck can you get your bacon weave so tight?

And I have a name for your latest concoction. I call them Eggs Fattydict. They looked great but where's the hash browns to soak up the extra hollandaise sauce? I guess you just use the ones inside the fatty. Looked awesome as usual Jeanie.

I knew that "Just a Breakfast Fatty" was not going to be anything but an understatement when I saw who cooked it. You, my dear, are an artist! Job well done!
