Made Buckboard bacon a while back and now i'm thinking of doing a couple more butts and was wondering if when I get done with the cure, Rinse it off, grind it, and stuff it in some hog casings.

Sounds interesting enough to me. I'm sure someone here has tried it. I haven't. Honestly, I believe the taste woudl be quite a bit different, but could still be really good.

Sounds very interesting... I have not done the BBB either, does the cure have a lot of salt? Might have to make some adjustments to the brat recipe. It does does sound like it would be good!
