Cool Locked & Loaded

Rollin' smoke through the campground this morning.

Our campground neighbors supplied the meat so I could practice for an amateur comp in August.

The calm before the storm...

Look at my meat!

The chop got a quick, light hit of BPS Jallalujah Jalepeno Bacon rub early this morning. I lightly added in BPS Garlic Pepper seasoning before hitting the smoker.

The ribs are layered with BPS Jallalujah Jalepeno Bacon rub, BPS Sweet MOney rub, and a dusting of BPS Happy Endings. Cannot wait to see them at the end.

Here's the smoker all locked and loaded. We'll see you down the road.

Yep. Nine satisfied customers.

Plated.

Everyone sat around in a food coma afterwards.

Yummy!
Looks like a great day.
I bet every critter for 5 miles was wondering what was going on.
