Ribs and Wings pron

Decided yesterday I was craving some ribs, so I pulled out a rack to thaw that I would cook for the wife and I today



Then it got rubbed down, with my house made rub, and went in the fridge overnight



Oops somehow it multiplied overnight. Actually my wife came home said a friend of ours called her and said she was craving my barbeque and they would be coming over for dinner tomorrow(today)... so i had to pull out more food to feed everyone

And as the family coming over is chicken wing lovers, I decided to add those to the menu



Here they are oiled up and waiting to be rubbed down



Those are the rub ingredients, hiding behind the coriander and garlic powder is chipotle chili and cayenne pepper



They are all rubbed down just waiting to make their way to the smoker

The ribs are currently on and smoking away(more pictures to come) and the wings and baked beans will go on a little while

But as you wait the rib trimmings have come off and are ready to jump in the bake bean pool

Everything is finished up. The food was fantastic and as a result I have now been asked to cater a wedding
