Christmas dinner

Smoking a sprial cut ham and pork butt on hickory/pecan for our dinner. Thought about a pea salad, red beans, for the sides.
Anyone have a special occassion side dish recommendation?? Please!

Also keep CHRIST in christmas or please don't come to TEXAS
