Brisket Flats
I've never cooked a brisket flat, only packers. Do they take as long to cook or can I plan on budgeting less time per pound than a packer? It weighs 5 1/2# and I plan to cook at 230 or 250. Also, how long is too long to inject? Thanks.

You should be able to knock it out easy in 5 hours at 250*. I do use foil for this time.
