A little different chuckie/ Pron Heavy

That looks better than the one I did last week. Never thought to wrap in butcher paper b4 throwing in pot. Bucaneer accused me of eating just the chuckie w/o showing a pic of final product.:becky:

I wrapped it in BP and then put it back on the kettle until it probed tender.

That looks delicious, great use of a chuckie, I love the imaginations of the Brethen around here. If you cannot finish it let me know I am sure it iwll sit on fry ice long enough to get to me to help you out with left overs. :hungry:
