New Sticky for this forum
I pulled a thread that was buried in Woodpile, where it began. Back in the day it was started by a guy that some of you may have heard of around here. His name was Scott Cook, or KCquer on the forum. Since his question didn't include a recipe and it wasn't 'Q' related he started the thread there.
It grew into something more than that, and it's one of the many things I remember about a friend that's no longer with us. He has a lot to do with what this site was back then, what it has become, and what I hope it will be one day. Scott was just Scott, and whether he was right or wrong you knew you were getting the straight scoop from him because he DID NOT have a filter between the brain and mouth. That's one of the things I appreciated about him. Another was his love of his fellow man, and this thread always comes to mind when the holidays approach. I've used a lot of the stuff in this thread over the years for friends and family. I hope you can find something in here to share with others as well! I think Scott would like that! Miss you Brother! http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=15009
