Here is my build. Have only done 2 cooks on it so far.
Wording on the bottom so just incase she gets lost, people can return her. Custom handle by Brethren Marty Leach! Gigantor charcoal basket before I put the pizza pan under it.

New Mods on the FrankenTurboDeath Smoker!
Having patiently waited for that strange orange orb in the sky to once again return to the UK I thought I would get the UDS out from it's hiding place and do the mods I have been wanting to do.
Firstly is the Basket. I have fixed a cheap 52cm grill grate covered in foil to it to hopefully catch more ash and drippings! It is a pain to get in and out but hey no one is perfect! Next I have cut a notch in the side (I know it could be straighter but hey it is an "Ugly" Drum Smoker) for the therm wires. You may notice that I cut "Intentionally deep" erm so I can fit more therm wires in, in future? However with a handily placed fridge magnet I can seal up the hole!
