Having read all of these posts, my preference is;
Read top 10 in category and in OA. Certificates suck, buy a cheap ribbon for 6th - 10th or just call the teams out. Pay a little bit down to 10th if you give a ribbon ($25?). Pay $100 for 5th Overall and up from there. DON'T call out category winners with the GC. Call them with the category.
