Butts on Sale
Just saw today that Hy-Vee Has butts on sale for .99 per pound.
Not sure when the sale is over though. Cheers Dan

Wow, not like a Hy Vee to have any meat that cheap, i could see that setting beside their 3.99/# briskets that they can't sell

Make sure the butts are not from Hormel. If they are they will be enhanced with a 12% solution. If you like that then go ahead. Some on this forum have found that the solution can make the butts mushy when done. I would try one before stocking up.
