Confusion smoking Turkey Breast Bone In

I plan on smoking a 10 pound bone in turkey breast for turkey day. I have done a bunch of research one what temp. to smoke on. There seems to be 2 schools of thought. The 225 range or 300-350 range. This will be my first turkey breast smoke so I want to try to get it right. What temp. will give me the best finished bird. I also will brine the breast. Thanks. I will be smoking on a UDS.
 
If you want crisp eatable skin than go with the 300-350 range. Actually 325-350 would be better. 225 will get it done but the skin will be rubbery (actually pretty much uneatable).
