Default Grilled Salmon Oscar

If any of you have a Granite City Restaurant in town you can order this off the menu. Pretty easy dish to make. First I started with a 1 lb Coho Salmon filet and used Raging River rub on it.

Then I put some asparagus on the BGE with the salmon. I brushed them with olive oil.

Then simply pile rice pilaf, asparagus, salmon, lump crab meat and some Hollandaise sauce (I messed up and used Bernaise).

one more close up.

Very nice! Are you sure that the béarnaise was a mistake? It looks right at home on top

One question... How do you know the salmon's name?
