So I finally finished the damn thing!

There wasn't a single scrap left. Needless to say, I am very happy with how this smoker works - it's amazing how efficient it is. Life will never be the same!
 
Great looking food, looks like you put the ribs and the pork on at the same time, did they cook for the same amount of time? how long?

Yes, I did put them on at the same time. Beef ribs took 4 hours and the pork was done at 5 hours. Temps were about 275.
 
Outstanding lookin ribs..... pork looks nice too! Love me some dino bones!
 
That's some mighty good look'n grub for a maiden voyage!!

I've got to build a UDS and join the brotherhood!!!:-D

Moose!!! That is some good lookin vittles you did on your first cook.. Also you did a Great job on that build there.. Hope mine will look as good...

But she sure looks a bit more refined now.
Nice job, use her well (I'm sure you will). Be gentle and she'll treat you good.
