Default Smoked Turkey Pron

Did my first turkey on a UDS last weekend and I swear it was as good (maybe better) than the deep fried turkey I had for Thanksgiving. Injected it and then smoked with Apple wood.







MMM...very moist and juicy.

Shoot....I can't remember how long it cooked for, but I like to cook poultry at around 280.
