Have never been a fan of sweet potatoes but lately I have started liking them. I love sweet potato fries and chips, especially homemade. Put a little rub on them after they cook, and mmm...

Been buying them at Trader Joe's for a while, but it'll be nice to be able to get them right at the regular grocery store. Have to give them a shot!

What do you all do to make up fresh sweet potato fires here at the brethren? I have always just skin em, cut them up like fries and throw them in the deep frier. Any other idea greatly appreciated.

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon while they are still hot.

We've tried them and found them to be pretty good. We tend to cook them a bit longer than what the bag recommends and like that better. But the one thing we haven't managed to do is convince the boy (4) to like them as much as 'regular' fries. If only....

We make them from sliced sweet potatoes.

If you try them make a dipping sauce consisting of a little chopped garlic, honey, chili garlic sauce to taste, salt and water to thin just a little. OMG, so farkin good!.

Sam's club sells 4 lb bags for $6. We like them, and I definitely agree that they should be cooked longer than the directions say.

I kinda like the texture of Trader Joe's and Alexis over the the Ore-Ida.

Sprinkle a little Dizzy Pig Raging River on them after they come out of the oven!
