Looking for ideas for kids meals to sell at the rodeo.
was thinking chicken on a stick and mac and cheese or something

Your thoughts sound like good ones. I keep it simple with a hotdog for kids myself but I can see kids wanting chicken sticks.

If you have a fryer hand made corn dogs are good enough I will buy them. Otherwise simple hotdogs are pretty much a no brainer.

There will only be 2 food vendors at the rodeo me and the other person will be selling hot dogs and sausages. so i cant sell dogs.
Any good mac n cheese recipes?

Personally, I (and everyone else that's tried it) love the smoked mac n cheese [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRzmqqrE7Mk"]recipe[/ame] found on the kamadojoe cooking channel. John is a Brethren and his recipe works good on my Battle Box and my weber kettle. I made it for a wedding rehearsal last Friday (quadrupled the recipe) in a full-size hotel pan and highly recommend it.

Sorry for the extra large pic of it. Not sure how to reduce it down to a normal size. Hope this helps you out!

Joe
