Question Brisket Questions

UDS or Weber indirect, Dry rub or Marinade, Michellobe Ultra or Amberbock? I have done a few, thry turned out good but not great, feel free to interject anything you feel would be usefull.

UDS make up your own dry rub or salt pepper ketchup and mustard never tried it myself but wanna try it. oh and Cutty Sark scotch and 7.
