Saw some baby backs at Ralph's Phor $1.99 a pound, so I grabbed a Phew racks of those. Probably a brisket too. And wings.

Found two choice tri tips in the “sell by” bin. Plan is One Oakridge CC one a mix of KS-CBP and Green Chile Rub (gcr TBD). Probably use The Primo Oval XL as I have a new to me store brand lump I’m wanting to try. Fatty stash getting low, a couple Nekkid Fattys for sure. No flour no sugar no processed foods and I’ll call the weekend successful. No Lite Beer. Have a grand weekend Brethren.
PS: I really don’t like plans. Mainly because I suck at sticking to them.

Planning on a butt and a couple of chickens in the offset on Sunday. Couple of suppers for me and Mrs. Fan. Will take some to pork to Father Fan and pulled chicken for Mother Fan, her favorite.
Have a fish fry to go to tomorrow, so making BBQ'd beans from scratch for that. Recipe call for 2lbs of pork for every pound of beans.

Got a brand spankin' new WSM 22 on Tuesday, did a couple of whole chickens last night, ribs are on now and possibly a brisket tomorrow or Sunday. Lovin' this thing!
