Some beef spare ribs along with some pork spare ribs. Damn good even if i do say so myself. First time doing spares in beef and pork.

Rubbed and ready. Beef on the bottom.

Nice job on the beef ribs, they sure look juicy and tender! How long did they take on the pit and what temp? I gotta give them a try.

I ran them at 250* for 4 hours.
Didn't even need to foil them. Very tender and juicy..
 
Mmmmm...they look excellent!! Beef ribs are my absolute favorite! :-D
