How long for store bought sausages?
Got a small 6 pound butt going on in a few at 270. Throwing on a couple fatties for breakfast but I also had sausage to throw on but wasn't sure how long I could let it go in the smoker.

I'm assuming you're just try to plan to take the fatties off at the same time as the sausage? If it's pork and you take off at 140 IT, I would figure 25-30 min at that temp, but I could be off....kind of a swag.

Fatties will come off around 170 IT. I'd like the sausage to come off with the butt.
