Default Ribs & Chicken Legs from the weekend (pron)

First time posting a photo! Hope it works!

Ribs: Rubbed w/ bone suckin rub & 3-2-1
Chicken Legs: rubbed w/ chipotle salt & herbs de provence 1.5 hours
Wood: Beech, Apple, & Hickory

I prefer to do beef over Oak and Mesquite. Surprisingly, the oak is incredibly hard to get here! Besides, it was my daughter's birthday and she specifically requested ribs & chicken!

Kept the temp between 225° and 250°. Yep, 3 hours open, 2 hours foil (w/ ¼ cup apple juice in each packet), and 1 hour open.
