Smoked Beef Chuck on Beer Bread
I seasoned beef chuck roast with dry rub, added beef stock and onions..

Thanks everybody!!
I'm trying to edit the post but my puter is giving me trouble. Wanted to add... When the stock was absorbed, I added more stock and foiled the chuck until tender. Also, I couldn't get the bread as dark as I like in the drum so when it was finished baking, I set it under the broiler to brown the top. Thanks again for the nice comments. :)
