You had me at Beef on Beer bread then you slayed me with bacon & smoked cheese.... I think I had a Foodgasm:oops::roll: Fat tire is some great Beer too!

Damn! Umm how long was that chuck in the smoker?

Excuse me, I have to take another look at it......

Thanks everybody!!
I'm trying to edit the post but my puter is giving me trouble.
Wanted to add...
When the stock was absorbed, I added more stock and foiled the chuck until tender.
Also, I couldn't get the bread as dark as I like in the drum so when it was finished baking, I set it under the broiler to brown the top.

Thanks again for the nice comments. :)

Thanks Phu!

Thank you John! The chuck took about 6 hours. It wasn't a huge hunka meat. I just pulled it off the heat and let it rest a bit before using.
Thanks again!

Oh my freaking GAWD, girl! Another fine Cowgirl recipe for the book.
And you used Fat Tire to boot! Since you're close to Colorado I bet it's not hard to get like it is here.
Thanks for the share!
