Thanks everyone. The Weston is a bit over my budget of $200. The reviews are so confusing. These things either work (5 stars) or they don't (1 star) and it seem like all the models are mixed. I guess I will wait to see if a higher end one goes on sale or clearance to get to my price point.

If you go to the Weston site, they sometimes have factory refurbished units considerably less with a full warranty.
The difference between 3200 and 2100 is stainless vs painted white

Cabella's and Bass Pro also sells the 2300 or 2100 under their company name at a lesser price. Check their sale pages
