Isn't New Hampshire the "Cater Free or Die" state?

Did alot of catering in nh when i lved there. as long as you're cooking on site, as in at the home of your client, you don't need a license. Please have insurance. and if you need to cook any meats ahead of time, like butts or briskets, for pete's sake don't tell anyone. There isn't a catering license to be prchased from the state and talking to the health dept is like fondling yourself with a cheese grater (mildly amusing but mostlypainful). if you have any other questions, pm me and i'll be glad to help any way that i can.
