Talking Porterhouse Steak on the Kettle...

The weather was just perfect today, so I quickly took the opportunity, to fire up the kettle and put on some steaks. The steaks were porterhouse cuts, about a 1/4 inch thick.
Seasoned with sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder...

Got the kettle up and running with reg. Kingsford and when the coals were ready, I put on the steaks. Was trying to perfect my grill mark technique, better than before, but still a work in progress.

My plate with green beans....

The cut...

My wife's plate with stove top stuffing...

The end....
