The way that tomato sauce is oozing out of the edge from under the cheese and over the crust makes my mouth water.

I would like to start a tradition of cooking a pizza on a BGE. Now, if Santa would just leave a xl BGE on the patio.

the crust is from premade dough at the fancy grocery. the key is to let it sit out covered and come to room temp befiore stretching and throwing.

i just noticed it, but did you notice the crust is in the exact same alignment for all three pix?

i have three pieces of that in the oven warming up right now. does pizza go with chardonnay cause i'm drinking what's left of the bottle from the turkey breast i just put on the egg.
