BBQ Dudes around Fort McCoy

I am currently at a class on Fort McCoy and we are planning an event next week. I am looking for either some good BBQ catering or someone who would want to spend some time with us and cook some good Q. We are only looking to cook for about 20 people so the numbers are not huge, but we like to have fun.
