Default Chicken Bombs

I saw a post about some chicken bombs the other day and thought they looked damn good. Yesterday I just happened to have all the ingredients to make such a concoction.

So I gathered some chicken, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and bacon.

Then I started the assembly.

While they were cooking I made sure to drink some more beer (sorry no photos of drinking or cooking.

And the plate.

I must say, I will be making these again very soon.

Thanks

Those look good. Does the jalapeno stay crisp or does it soften? Also, what is the green salad looking stuff? That looks good too.

The jalapenos did soften, it probably helped that they were cut into thin strips.

The side was a cheese tortellini, pesto salad.
