Pretty much thought about that too! I think I killed off the last two or maybe three B-Days with that monster! I did have some bevvies to go along with it. My aim with the lettuce, mater, onions, was to make it as healthy as possible! Bought one of those mix and match six packs. Got all ciders. This cider went nicely with the burger! Technically, the cider was healthy too!

I fully agree on do-it-yourself burgers, steaks, butts and ribs.

I also make room on my calories, too, by holding off and eating one great meal sometimes. A guy at the gym calls this the Warrior Diet. Never knew there was a name for such.

Those beef ribs look great.
So that's what it's called!!! I had coffee and a Snickers and that was it. Had to make room in the tummy and the calorie meter for that bad boy! I still say the green and red stuff made it healthy though! Thanks again!

Bob

Yes!!! Bacon grease!!!!! When I panfry my burgers (Which is most of the time...) I make the bacon first, then fry the patties in the same, undrained, pan. Yours look better though.
