Default Slow brisket?

Anyone have any good suggestions for me to try for a very slow brisket? I've tried and over cooked at a fast pace so I'm ready to take on the challenge of a slow cook brisket.

Run it at 220-240 and a remote thermometer will be of great assistance to you. You can have it go off about 10-15 degrees early, allowing you to focus on the final stage.
Good luck.
