Default Pic. added. 5 lb. bone in Pork Roast ???

What should I do with this roast? My friend gave it to me, it's from one of his pigs he butchered. Lots of bone and fat in the roast.

TIA
Ron

Looks like sirloin end of the ham. Smoke at 325 until 140 internal and let rest then slice. Season with SPOG.

I fired up the 14" WSM and rubbed the roast with some Plowboys Bovine and hit the ribs with big Poppa's money rub.
