Default Pork tenderloin with a little help....

From Maribel...


She has been away on a business trip from a whole week and she is back. Here's what we did.

A quick dip in dales sauce and seasoned with webers roasted garlic


Smoked in direct until it hit 140 with hickory wood




Maribel made something called fettuccine Alfredo


Plated and ready to eat
