I just got a new grill and it's supposed to rain this weekend.

I do have time today to season it and get a first cook in.

Haven't had duck in a while

I think that one might have an off texture. I guess I'll try some CSRs instead.

A cold front hit last night. I'm making a pot of bacon, corn, conch, tatoe chowder to keep me warm.

Hope you have a great weekend Phu and Brethren!

Happy Phriday, Pholks! Lookin' like a washout right now. With a week until the Texas bash, I can take the weekend off.

Not a clue at this point. DFW is gonna get soggy- all weekend and all next week.

I may pull out my Mini WSM and park it under the patio umbrella. Play a round of "see what's in the freezer"

It's a very rainy weekend here so Jeanie's cook has inspired me to make chili.

Doing some chuck like beef cheeks on the WSM currently. Rain is coming for the next week so this is the last day to get some outdoor cooking in.
