First MOINK Balls

I'm going to try MOINK balls today. My wife wonders how we're going to eat appetizers for supper...I told her we'd manage. :-D

Getting Ready (I used All-Beef Italian Meatballs and dusted them lightly with Famous Dave's Rib Rub):

The only problem I see with these is... there aren't enough of them.

I am SO sorry....no final PRON. I chickened out and glazed half in the official Moink glaze and half in sweet baby rays and grape jelly. In a shocking turn of events, my wife liked the official monk balls and found the others to be a bit too smokey. Not a bad trial run. For a party Wednesday I'll be doing 98 balls ALL in official monk glaze. Yummmmmm.

I'm feeling good about how quickly I controlled temp today. Can't wait for the all night picnic smoke Thursday night.
