Pics for sure. I'll probably go with the Almond this weekend. I love it on tri-tip. But if it's not fully seasoned I'll go with whatever is. Once I get a few of the little odds and ends finished on the pit I'll post a walk around vid on the build thread.

Excellent looking ribs and how does the HDD go with the sauce? Do you think it would complement a sweeter sauce well?

I love it! It would go well with almost any sauce. just regulate the amount. HDD has a sweetness in it's self in my opinion.
