Rosemary Garlic Tri Tip
Howdy folks...
Heres sundays Dinner - Tri Tip from the US, marinated with rosemary, garlic, EVOO and kosher salt. Cooked on the medium Egg with some Olive wood. Had some Chipotle Butter as a side and somehow some salad with marinated feta cheese ended up on my plate. Nice try, PETA Texture and flavour of the beef was eggcellent, and the simple marinate was just perfect for the beef. DM |
