Dennessey and a Phriend oPh mine who lives in the neighbourhood dropped by yesterday Phor dinner.
Didn't know what to make...in such a case I always buy some chicken and ground beePh.
It was the Phirst time that I've used a aluminium pan under my meat,next time I won't do that again.
The meat didn't taste as smokey as I'm used to,I like the smokey flavour from the fatdrippings on the hot briqs.
This was also the Phirst time I used a silicone baking Phorm...works great!
Phor dessert we had nanners oPhcourse,with that I made some Earl Grey mint tea.
We were stuPhed,there was only a little bit oPh macaroni lePht,1 meatball and 1 leg.
