Default Sunday's Feast off the BGEs w/pron

It's night #2 of feedingthe Italian Relatives and they are in for the big steak surprise!
I have my Yukon Gold potatoes wedged into quarters, coated with EVOO and a comination of 2 rubs that will go on about the same time as the jalapeno zest bombs. These are stuffed with seasoned whipped cream cheese and the little smokie with cheddar cheese to double whammy the crowd wrapped in a slice of the ultimate meat, BACON!!!
Then we have the Ribeye steaks that will get rubbed with EVOO and rub an hour before the grill and of course the rabbit food (salad)!

The prep is done and time for a quick nap while they are all out at the Factory Brand Outlets in Folsom doing some serious shopping. My wife insisted on doing the salad so I can get a little rest. The eggs are loaded and ready for the torch.
More to follow as the cook begins!
