Hello from Jacksonville
Names Joe and I'm not new to smoking but could always learn more. I love to smoke chicken and turkey. I prefer using a Green Egg but I don't own one as yet. I am currently using a Brinkmann Electric. It keeps a nice even temp and I don't need to baby sit all day for a great smoked flavor. I am here for a learning experience and I hope to teach a thing or two while at it.
