I finally did a threesome!!!!
Check this out, I used the cutoffs of a rib fest(three racks) and came up with this:
Rib-O-Lator, Auspit, and SS UDS. Started to rain when I was getting the coals ready so I had to do a rain cap mod: That's one of those plant holder things, the lid off my 22.5 weber, turkey burner and weber coal starter. My SS UDS lid is also hanging on one of those plant thingies. Saturday I cooked three racks of St. Louis style ribs and two port butts, here are the finished butts: Pulled: Nothing fancy just some garlic salt, black pepper, and onion powder cooked hot-and -fast, took six hours. Since the smoke drives the neighbors crazy I gave them some PP. That's all, I'm beat after my first threesome. Thanks for looking....... Paul B SS UDS |
