You should check out Tex Wasabi's web site. They have the market cornered on this. Its owned by Guy Fieri... The Rolls are either traditional or totally off the hook

Wow. Hands down, my two favorite cuisines also!! Having a bit of a hard time thinking they would both be fantastic in the same sitting....But I'm sure willing to give it a shot.

The original Pearson's wasn't bad, depending on the day.
I also recall when it was called Stick to your ribs.

I was at a bbq/sushi place on St. Maarten called Bamboo Bernies. The sushi was good but the bbq wasn't much to write home about.
