Wow. Hands down, my two favorite cuisines also!! Having a bit of a hard time thinking they would both be fantastic in the same sitting....But I'm sure willing to give it a shot.

The original Pearson's wasn't bad, depending on the day. I also recall when it was called Stick to your ribs.

I was at a bbq/sushi place on St. Maarten called Bamboo Bernies. The sushi was good but the bbq wasn't much to write home about.
