A quick shout out to everyone! Happy Thanksgiving from us here on Long Island to the rest of the Brethren round the world! (means you too bucc. :mrgreen:)


As usual I prepared the Thanksgiving menu WHILE I was shopping.. bad move.. having 12 over, and cooking for 30. Not including the 6 birds going to the local soup kitchen.

Have a great day all. Did ribs and chicken last night for about 20. Today three turkeys one smoked on the UDS one on the 26" rotisserie and one fried for about forty five friends and family.
