Cheddar Beer Sauce

8 oz Beer

8 oz Grated Sharp Cheddar (dusted in corn starch - I'm guessing @ 1 T or less)

1 Garlic Clove (whole)

Salt & Pepper to taste

Simmer on stove (low heat) until it thickens


Not much to it.....pretty simple!

Very nice! Actually did the same thing fathers day. Only difference was I added some horseradish.
